— The honest part first

Most people don't make it.
Read this before you apply.

12–14%

Industry average — that's how many new agents are still active after one year. We tell you this upfront, on purpose.

$125+

PFA affiliation fee, plus approximately $200–$400 for the licensing course. You pay this before you earn anything.

60–90days

From day one to your first commission check. You need savings or another income source to get through this period comfortably.

100+

Adults in your warm circle you need to be willing to call about your new business. If that sounds terrible — this isn't for you.

We say all of this deliberately. Agents who quit in the first months almost always leave because nobody told them the truth at the start. We won't do that to you.

— What you actually get

A business, not a job.
A team, not a "downline."

Products people genuinely need

Indexed Universal Life with living benefits. Mortgage protection. Tax optimization for high earners. Group coverage for trucking companies. Real solutions, not marketing hooks.

Two A-rated platforms

PFA for team-building and commission structure. NLG and other top carriers for product flexibility. You're not locked into one company.

Real mentoring, no fluff

Working scripts, a recruiting system, branded landing pages and a personal mentor — a licensed REALTOR® who has already built the NJ / NY market system.

Access to underserved diaspora markets

Polish, Russian, Ukrainian, Spanish communities across NJ / NY — tens of thousands of families with real financial needs that mainstream agents simply can't reach.

Override income that grows on its own

You sell personally and build a team. You earn a percentage of what your recruits produce. Done right, it becomes a residual income asset.

Part-time first, full-time later

Most agents start at 10–15 hours a week alongside their main job. We prefer building durably over burning out chasing quotas.

Start checking the boxes that apply to you.

— Who usually succeeds on our team

If this sounds like you — we should talk.

01

New realtors

Already 1099, understand long sales cycles. Your sphere needs both real estate and financial protection.

02

Mortgage loan officers

You already explain mortgage math. IUL is a one-step conversation from where you already stand.

03

Teachers & educators

You explain complex things simply, you're trusted in your community, and your colleagues have real retirement problems.

04

Nurses & healthcare workers

People trust you. You understand families. Your colleagues have real 401(k) and pension tax problems.

05

Truckers & fleet owners

Huge underserved niche. You know drivers and have direct access to an overlooked market.

06

Bilingual professionals

Polish, Ukrainian, Russian, Spanish — you have access to communities that mainstream agents cannot reach.

— What the first 90 days look like

Your path from interested to first commission.

  1. 01
    Week 0

    20-minute call with Eugene

We discuss your situation, warm circle, and financial runway. I'll give you an honest read on whether I think you'll succeed. This isn't a pitch — it's a mutual fit check.

  2. 02
    Week 1

    Business presentation & onboarding

You see exactly how the business works, the commission plan, and the products. If you decide "yes" — you register with PFA and start the licensing course.

  3. 03
    Weeks 2–6

Study and pass the NJ Life License exam

Most candidates finish in 4–8 weeks studying part-time. We provide a schedule, practice tests, and weekly check-ins so you don't fall off.

  4. 04
    Weeks 5–8

Carrier appointments & first client meetings

You shadow real client meetings in English, Polish, or Russian. You start with your own warm circle, scripts in hand. We close the first sale together.

  5. 05
    Weeks 8–12

    First commissions & first recruit

You start selling independently. By the end of month three, most active agents bring in their first team candidate — and that's when override income begins.

— Direct answers

Questions you're definitely asking yourself.

Is PFA an MLM? How honest is this?
Yes — Premier Financial Alliance uses a multi-level commission structure. You can earn on personal sales, on your team, and on overrides from your recruits' production. We don't hide this. We chose this model because it allows you to build a real residual income asset over 5–10 years. But if you're not willing to invite anyone to the team — this model isn't for you.
What can I realistically earn in year one?
Anyone who gives you a specific number is lying. Most active part-time agents in year one earn anywhere from zero to low five figures. Those who treat it as a business and recruit into year two start seeing significant override income in year three.
How much does it cost to get started?
$125 PFA affiliation fee, plus $200–$400 for the NJ licensing course and exam. Budget $400–$700 to start. We earn zero on any of these — they go to PFA and the state.
Do I have to quit my current job?
No, and most people shouldn't at the start. We prefer candidates who begin part-time with another income source. The pressure of "I need to earn immediately" is the number one reason agents quit.
Can I work in my own language?
Yes — and you should. Eugene runs marketing in English, Polish, and Russian across the NJ / NY metro. Bilingual agents have an advantage that American colleagues simply cannot replicate.
What if I've never sold anything?
That's fine — if you're coachable, have a warm circle, and have a financial cushion. Our best agents were former teachers and nurses. Openness to learning matters more than experience.
What if you turn me down after the call?
We'll tell you honestly why. Sometimes it's timing. Sometimes it's a genuine mismatch and we'll save you a wasted year. Either way, the door stays open.

Ready for 20 minutes of honest conversation?

I personally conduct every interview before accepting someone to the team. No pressure, no pitch. Just an honest fit check — and a clear yes or no.
